Excellently run hotel on a very good and quiet location in Kokkari between the sea and the main road (just beside the local Post Office). Staff was very friendly and English speaking. They even offered me a better room since there were some unused rooms available (which I appreciated a lot!). The best breakfast (buffet) I had during my two weeks on Samos. I stayed 2 nights and had a very nice room with a balcony, fridge and tv (with a good mix of international channels). Some maps and walking guides are available in the hotel lobby. You can make several interesting walks starting in Kokkari. The walk to the monastery of Vronda is just fantastic! Bus stop is not far (connections to Samos Town, Ag. Konstantinos and Karlovassi).
